Cigna OAP: The Open Access Plus plan offers a countrywide network of healthcare facilities and practitioners with the option to select your primary care provider. There is also no referral requirement.

Bronze: For healthcare providers within the Cigna network, you have 0% to 50% co-insurance (percentage of costs you pay after meeting your deductible).
